The surgical center features two operating suites, two fully functional procedure rooms, five pre-operative bays and four post-operative bays.

Fawn Creighton, M.Ed. LPC. – With over 22 years in the healthcare arena, Fawn has successfully opened and/ or managed over 14 healthcare related companies. Fawn and her business partner are the founders of Clarion Health, VIP MedSurg Ventures LLC. , VIP Surgical Centers, Bolt Urgent Care and 3083 Imaging Center.
Upon graduating with honors from Oklahoma State University, Ms. Creighton completed her master’s degree in psychology where her focus of study was schizophrenia and severe mental disorders. After completing her state licensure, she worked with the State of Texas, counseling in alternative schools across the state, and The Montgomery County Women’s Center. In 2000 Creighton began a tenure career as a consultant for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc. Psychiatry division. She left the pharmaceutical world to check an item off her bucket list and opened a chain of wineries called Cork This Winery. In 2009 Ms. Creighton started her hospital administration career with Hospital Corporations of America (HCA). It was at HCA that she was able to prove her abilities in physician recruitment and increase of revenue through physician retainment/partnerships. This moved Creighton very quickly from the business development level to and an executive level. After earning numerous awards and honors with HCA, including the Innovator Award, she was offered a CEO position and the opportunity to build Apollo Hospital, the first physician owned hospital in The Woodlands, Texas under the GHPMA Umbrella of 35 physicians. This organization grew to 120 practitioners and 20 locations under the guidance of Fawn in 2 years. In 2014 Creighton was named by the Houston Medical Journal as one of the top Medical CEO’s in Houston. Ms. Creighton is a distinguished consult for physicians and healthcare organizations all over the U.S. and is an expert speaker on the Affordable Care Organization and Hospital Customer Service and Hospital /Surgery Center Certification.
Ms. Creighton is also credited for raising millions of dollars over the years for numerous charity foundations and has served on many boards; including holding the honor of President for the Montgomery County American Heart Association Board, Executive Chair of Light the Night Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Chair of the Montgomery County CASA Ball, Co-Chair of the American Cancer Society, Co-Chair of Go Red for Women, and currently holds an advisory board position for Interfaith of Montgomery County.
Julie Smart, BSHCA RN – Ms. Smart is an experienced professional registered nurse with a focused background in the areas of clinical regulatory knowledge, medical development and efficient operations. Julie began her career as an interpreter for the deaf, and after obtaining her nursing degree she worked her way from peri-operative staff nurse to Administrator/CNO – mainly in outpatient surgical settings. She now holds her bachelor degree in Health Care Administration and is currently enrolled in the Master of Health Care Management program. Ms. Smart has acquired strong medical leadership skills and vast knowledge in state and federal regulatory compliance. She has been instrumental in steering over 15 medical entities to successful state and federal licensure accreditation status. Julie has consulted on the development of several medical entities to include hospitals and surgery centers. She and her business partner currently co-manage several LLC operations in the ancillary healthcare arena and are owners of a recently opened VIP Surgical Centers, Bolt Urgent Care and 3083 Imaging Center; all located in Conroe, Texas.
Ms. Smart belongs to numerous nursing and professional organizations and has received accolades for her leadership aptitude. Julie and her husband, Dan are members of Fellowship of Montgomery Church in Montgomery, Texas. They have two grown daughters and three (and a half) grandchildren. The Smarts are avid football fans and enjoy their “homestead” life raising chickens. Julie serves as a medical volunteer for numerous organizations and they are both supporters of Camp Hope, the PTSD Foundation of America.
